Group registrations:
For every package of 10 registrations purchased together, one complimentary registration will be granted. Please contact the commercial area to obtain these benefits by sending an email to Alejandro Marguery at alejandro.marguery@wearemci.com
Registration fees:
- Early bird fee: until January 15, 2026.
- Regular fee: January 16 to March 16, 2026. Regular fees will apply to all registrations pending payment.
- Late fee: March 17 to April 20, 2026. Late fees will apply to all registrations pending payment.
- Closure of online registrations: April 20, 2026.
Registrations will reopen onsite. All pending unpaid registrations may be completed onsite, applying the late fee.
Cancellation policies:
Cancellations sent before March 25, 2026 will incur a 20% penalty, for administrative charges. After this date, no cancellations will be refunded. (Not valid for special non-refundable promotions).
Important: All payments made onsite will not be refunded under any circumstances.
