Founded in 1943, PANLAR brings together scientific societies of Rheumatology, healthcare professionals related to rheumatic conditions, and rheumatic patient groups from all countries in the Americas.

PANLAR's mission is to stimulate, promote, and support research, prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of rheumatic conditions.
