Do the fees change depending on the date?
Yes, there are three fee periods:
- Early fee: until January 15, 2026.
- Regular fee: from January 16 to March 16, 2026.
- Late fee: from March 17 to April 20, 2026.
Important: Fees are applied according to the payment date, not the registration date.
When will I receive the information to access the congress?
Within 3 days prior to the event, you will receive by email the accreditation information, along with a QR code to speed up entry through self-accreditation stations.
How do I request a refund if I cannot attend?
- Cancellations before March 16, 2026: refund with a 20% penalty for administrative expenses.
- Cancellations after that date: no refunds will be issued.
- Note: On-site payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
