In case of a participant change or name correction, is there an additional cost?
The nominated registration is non-transferable under any circumstances.
Will the fees vary until a deadline?
Yes, we have early registration until January 21, 2025; after that date, it will be regular registration. You can check fees and deadlines to secure your spot at: https://congreso-panlar.com/tarifas-de-inscripcion
How far in advance will attendees receive access information?
General accreditation information will be sent within 3 days prior to the congress. Please note that a QR code will be sent to expedite accreditation on-site, using a self-accreditation station.
Does the conference offer any type of certificate to participants?
Yes, the certificate of participation, both for individuals and groups, can be downloaded from the conference website and will be available for a period of one year.
What are the accepted payment methods?
You can pay your registration fee through credit card or bank transfer. All values are expressed in USD.
Please note that payments via bank transfer may incur administrative fees.
What is the payment deadline?
Your registration will not be confirmed until we have received your full payment.
During the congress days, you can formalize and pay your registration on-site.
Are group registrations, for up to 10 people, done through the website?
Yes, they are done through the official congress website. In the "REGISTRATION AND HOTELS" section, select "Register," and you will be able to choose to register either individually or as a group.
Is there a special group rate?
From 10 registrations onwards, there is one complimentary registration.
I have a group of more than 10 professionals, how do I register them?

If you wish to pay by credit card, please note that there is a 6% surcharge on the fee.
After registering the group, is there any further procedure?
Once the group is confirmed and paid, a confirmation will be sent via email.

The exhibitor registration includes:
